At Souled Crafts, we are committed to getting your order to you quickly and efficiently. This policy outlines our shipping procedures to ensure a clear and transparent shopping experience.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. We will notify you via email or a notice on our website of any significant delays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • We offer the following shipping options:
    • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
    • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.
  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please be aware that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery times.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
  • The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

4. International Shipping

  • We ship to select international locations. Please check at checkout to see if we deliver to your country.
  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

5. Damages

  • Souled Crafts is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.
