Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from SOULED CRAFTS. If you are not, we are here to help.

1. Returns

  • Return Window: You may return unused and unopened products within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are exempt from being returned, such as:
    • Products that have been used or opened.

2. Refund Process

  • Initiating a Return: To start a return, please contact us at souledcrafts.orders@gmail.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the item. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your package.
  • Shipping: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • Inspection and Approval: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed and for the credit to appear on your statement.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. We will provide a prepaid return label and either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.

4. Exchanges/Replacement

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at souledcrafts.orders@gmail.com

If any replacement/exchange is approved, the new item will get delivered within 3 to 5 working days post approval.
